Reed-Works Saxophone Quartet
Mike Letovsky-soprano sax, clarinet, flute, pic
Mike is a native of Montreal, Canada.  He holds a music diploma from Vanier College, a Bachelor of Music degree from McGill University, a Bachelor of Ed. degree from The University of Western Ontario, and graduate work at Baylor and Eastern Michigan Universities.  He has taught band, jazz band, guitar, choir and phys ed in public schools in Alberta, Ontario, and Michigan.  He has also taught saxophone at the University of Western Ontario and Concordia University in Ann Arbor.  Michael is a founding member of Reed-Works and also leads the Ambassadors Big Band, and the band FREESTYLE, where he plays drums.

Paul Devee-alto sax, clarinet, flute
Paul performs regularly throughout the Detroit and Toledo areas.  He is a member of the Johnny Knorr Orchestra, The Couriers swing band and his own jazz quartet.  In addition to a busy performing schedule, Paul teaches saxophone, flute, and clarinet at the River Raisin Centre for the Arts in Monroe, MI where he is the director of the school of music.  Paul is a graduate of the music program at Eastern Michigan University where he studied saxophone with Dr. Max Plank and Elaine Zajac
Greg Koltyk-tenor sax, clarinet, flute
Greg Received his Bachelor of Music Degree in Jazz Studies and Performance at the William Paterson College in New Jersey.  He studied with Andre Lizotte, and John Mohler, flute from Matt Marvuglio, and sax with Joe Lovano.  Greg has toured with the Tommy Dorsey Band, and has performed with: Art Farmer, James Moody, Curtis Fuller, Rufus Reid, Dinah Shore, Roger Williams, Lou Rawls, Martha Reeves, and many others.  He has recorded with the Wendell Harrison Clarinet Ensemble, Don Henley, Diana Ross and The Supremes.  Greg also teaches privately at Farmington Harrison High School.


Patti Kilgore-baritone sax, clarinet, flute
Patti has a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University, a Master's degree from Baylor University, and post graduate work at Northen Illinois University.  She has been a woodwind instructor at EMU, Concordia University, and NIU.  Patti lives in Livonia with her daughter Molly.  She teaches instrumental music in the Livonia Public Schools, and is a founding member of Reed-Works.  Patti also is a reed player and vocalist with the Ambassadors Big Band and the group FREESTYLE.
